In the case of incorrect stock balance affecting your order we will contact you by e-mail. MONOM may at any time change the content of the site and the items available in the product range. Exchanges and Returns
During 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the exchange or refund of items, which you must return to us in unused condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. The MONOM webstore cannot accept returns where labels have been removed. You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to MONOM. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. All exchanges are subject to availability. Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 14-day period following delivery. Exchanges and returns can only be made as described in MONOM webstore's instructions, which will be e-mailed to you in such case. Items cannot be exchanged or refunded at other stores than the webstore.
Delay of Delivery
MONOM aims to deliver all orders within the stated delivery time. If the delivery has not taken place within 30 days of payment, the customer has the right to cancel the order free of charge and is entitled to a full refund including shipping costs.

Customs
MONOM will NEVER be held responsible for import-issues that arise from placing an order in our webstore.
Violations of Rules
MONOM reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the site. Individuals violating the restriction of password protected areas of the site may be subject to prosecution.
Force Majeure
In case of Force Majeure, MONOM obligations are procrastinated. The contract between you and MONOM can in such cases be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by MONOM. A Force Majeure is at the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters, means war, flood, earthquake and other acts of God, industrial disputes and strikes of any kind, fire, mobilization, requisition, embargo, acts of terrorism, epidemic, pandemic, COVID-19 and any other similar circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the parties.
MONOM will under such circumstances do all we can to solve the matter for our customers as soon and entirely as possible.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are construed in accordance with ITALIAN law and you agree that the ITALIAN courts will have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute under this agreement.
